For at least 1 day (more – better) we recommend warming up the accounts: you need to surf Facebook like a usual user and don't do these actions:

liking

joining groups

joining events.
After warming up we recommend sending 8 outbound messages to new people on day 1 (from each Facebook account). Then increase the amount by 2 each day (8, 10, 12...) – up to 15 per day from each.
At least 1 day a week make a pause.
If you use 7 accounts (recommended minimum) you will send about 105 outbound messages daily.
If you message friends, then you can send more messages.
If you use recently created accounts, they will be blocked after the first message.
If you use 2 weeks+ accounts, send about 2 times fewer messages.
